It's been ages and I've done a runner

Who's given in? I have!
yeah...its bad....but my allergies are disappearing so what up!!
But I have lessened the amoount of food I am eating that I am allergic too but Denny's has opened nearby. what to do, what to do?

SO GO THE SPRINGBOKS!!!
Even though I'm not related the anything South African at all.

I'm watching the Argentina and England game right now and it's adorable because they are all crying and...oh the dedication!
You watch New Zealand and most of them don't even know the lyrics!!!

But I guess i should go for the All Blacks....but c'mon! We haven't won since 1987! Springboks have won twice!
But it'ld be pretty awesome if we won.

Arrgghhh

the jealousy i have for those that can find amazing clothes at opshops. I seek and seek but i can never find amazing, cheap clothes. It seems like they're all gone. Maybe this is good though. It may be a sign that i should stop buying clothes.....just maybe....

tip of the blog: stop planking! It's not cool! Start cone-ing!

Sooooo.....everything free?? what does that mean??
Soooooooo pretty much, i skadoodled off to a bioresonance therapy place with mother (we won't speak of how we got lost trying to find it....) to check out stuff about myself. Tests and time later, i found out that i'm intolerant to A LOT of food.
"A lot? That sounds like a lot?? But how much do you mean??"
ohh just 22 things. I can't eat 22 different foods/ ingredients.
What things??
ohhhh...just:
Dairy,
gluten,
yeast,
soy,
chicken,
wheat,
onion,
lamb,
prawns (though the lady wrote pawns but i don't think chess pieces should be eaten anyway so I'm assuming she meant prawns),
halibut,
john dory,
rasberry,
lemon,
sugar (EVERYTIME OF SUGAR! Artificial sugars, fruit sugars e.t.c. i'm not to sure amount stevia though, but i'ld rather not risk it),
long white grain rice,
lettuce,
glucose,
oats,
beef,
salmon,
egg white,
buckwheat

Ohhhh lucky you...
So for three months i can't eat these foods so my body builds an immunity to it.
"how does that work?" you ask
Yeahh...i don't know....but it better work because it costs alot of money....

Soo day 1 of my everything free diet, i began by thinking what will i eat???? For dinner the night before i had egg noodles (since my egg allergies are very mild) in a soup with veges and chicken stock. (i'm questioning whether i'm allowed to have chicken stock.....but i still have it...fail.)
I then had popcorn because i was slightly hungry.

This morning i had cornflakes...BY ITSELF! for breakfast because i can't have milk, or yoghurt or anything else. fun, fun, fun.....when afternoon tea time came (i woke up around lunch time because i'm holidaying like mad.....not really, just sleeping like mad) i made myself some guacamole and carrots, which was waaaaaaaaaaaaaay more filling than chips and guac, so filling that it's sitting infront of me still unfinished for a 'later tonight' snack.
And dinner, oh dinner, is made by my father (who isn't to happy about this 'diet' because i come from a family passionate about food so this is a big deal since i can't eat most foods and he's a chef) so he made me beef (since that's another 'very mild' aswell as the egg and the salmon and buckwheat) served with mushroom sauce made from coconut cream, mushrooms and red wine with brown rice. I can not wait to eat it! So I have decided, I'm going to loose weight aswell. If i don't, that's sad because i'm not going to be able to touch junk food. I miss my hersheys cookies and cream already. :'(

I've found websites with recipies that have food that i can eat so i will look into it. And as much as I am craving a smoothie (apprantly the foods you crave are to foods you can't tolerate well), i will avoid it with all i can.

Well I can't wait till this is over and i'm not longer allergic to anything!
